Play a key role in an organisation that relates their success to the strength of their team and their ability to align with the needs of their members.
As the Member Services and Technical Manager, you will be ensuring member needs are met and kept up to date in an ever-changing and evolving environment. You will be providing guidance and reviewing processes.
Your responsibilities will include;
- Developing processes and creating innovative solutions that improve members offerings
- Contributing to professional development programmes for members
- Actively participating in lobbying and advocacy on behalf of members and the Insurance Industry
- Working collaboratively with members, nationwide, ensuring their feedback, ideas and needs are acted upon
- Reviewing professional statements, resources and documentation
- Fronting webinars and leading Q&A sessions
In short, you will be an advocate for all members, listening, advising, supporting, resolving issues and lobbying on their behalf.
